If you are reading this page it is because you have entered my site. Your visit allows me to collect data and information that I intend to manage with transparency and respect for confidentiality, for online activities exclusively related to this site.

WHAT DATA ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?

Some data are stored by the computer systems automatically and only for the duration of the connection, for the sole fact of your entry into the site and reading the pages and my contents, others are instead collected with your consent. Under no circumstances are sensitive data involved or requested.

Identification data: IP address, browser type and version, geo-location, time of visit and duration, operating system used.
Navigation data: the URLs clicked and the path taken within the site, the pages viewed and for how long, the response times of the pages and any download errors.
Personal data: name, address, telephone, email address. They are collected by mutual consent in case you write me an email or call me by phone.

HOW AND WHAT I USE THEM FOR

By law, I can only use your data for specific reasons and where it is legitimate to do so. For this site, here’s how I use the data:

Customer services: to provide the services requested of me and manage the relationship with customers. In this case, consent is not mandatory but its refusal makes it impossible to carry out what is requested of me.
Site development: through the analysis of the data I can understand which pages are most read, which contents are most appreciated, so as to optimize and develop the site.
Marketing (only with consent): in case of acceptance of the invitation to subscribe to my updates or newsletters, in order to send the contents.

The request for consent takes place through the cookie acceptance forms and sending the email to contact me. It is your right to refuse consent; in this case, however, I could not provide some of the services requested or the navigation of the site may not be optimal.

  • correct incorrect details that you have communicated to me or that you have changed in the meantime

The collection and management take place according to the regulations in force, namely the European Regulation for the protection of personal data n.679 / 2016 GDPR and the Legislative Decree n.101/2018.

HOW I PROTECT YOUR DATA

Once collected, we will take care of it by activating manual and digital security measures to prevent illicit use, transmission to unauthorized subjects or loss.
However, our attention may not be sufficient as no data concession is 100% secure, so we ask you to contact us if you realize that your privacy has been violated.
